I have to say... I also would be interested if Sentry could get an insurance payout from a door ding...and also hope it recorded the number plate

We parked miles from anyone in the big car park outside Polperro. Came back to find a huge door dent…and a note.

Sentry footage clearly showed another car pulling up alongside, opens door in the wind and absolutely clouted our car. Then mildly amusing laying on of healing hands, discussion with wife and a bystander, then leaving note.

We sent the still Sentry images of their plate, the impact and the following inspection, plus an initial estimate to their mobile. After an initial musing about paying cash they put us in touch with their insurer.
Full, managed, repair, plus Polestar for a few weeks. All good .

Take a toddler and park in the Parent + Toddler bays?

What? like just off the street? I think there may be a law against that. but no dinks - so probably worth it.
