I sold my model S back to tesla a few days ago. I don't need the adapter anymore and looking for reasonable offers. I moved to a place near a supercharger about 6 months after I bought the car so I only used the adapter about 6 or 7 times. So it's in excellent condition. Please check the photos. I bought it from tesla and I still have the original box and all the receipts. It's no longer under warranty. I can meet in Admiralty, Kowloon Tong or Tung Chung.
