Charge lid issues

i noticed today that the charge port lid isn't closed fully, not completely flat.

I have the same problem. When I collected my M3P about three weeks ago it was fine, but then after 1 week I noticed it would never shut flat. I have emailed my service centre and I am awaiting a response.
