Charge on Solar / Powerwall “test” pulses?

Does anyone know the mechanics / reason for these periodic test pulses of consumption from the EV (CoS active) and Powerwall?

I had to remove the car widget from iPhone, it kept car awake and draining the battery. Might work for you.

Im more thinking this is some kinda of sensing charge pulse driven by the Powerwall to optimize their algorithms for managing TOU mode.
