Cleaning 19” Gemini wheels

I’ve had my new Tesla Y Long Range for just a few weeks - it’s awesome! The wheel covers look fine, but I’ve discovered there are alloy wheels underneath them.

My last car was a Honda CRV with alloy wheels: I had to clean the alloys every couple of weeks to stop the brake dust trashing them. Do I need to clean the Tesla Y alloys underneath the wheel covers? Will the brake dust burn into the alloys without anyone noticing? could this be a problem in years to come? 🤷‍♂️

I had a chance to check the alloy wheels while doing the tire repairs; I'm not sure if it is brake dust, but there is dust on the alloy wheels and on the suspension parts and struts.
