Compatibility Stealth ecohitch with rear facing seats

A potential buyer for my 2014 Model S is asking me if he can install a hitch. I have the rear facing seats option and I know there is some kind of reinforcement in the back bumper so I am not sure if that would be a problem to install the hitch.
Anybody with that same option has done it before ?
