Wondering if anyone can help, I had a service booked in for Friday as a home visit and no one showed.
I called for an update and was told someone would call me back, didn’t hear back called yesterday told someone else like call me back and haven’t heard (theme going!)
Today when I called I was told it was Chelmsford and could I call them directly!
Does anyone have a direct number for Chelmsford? The standard number goes to them team who frankly don’t care!
