Convert an Elise?

Thought this was interesting. Some guy in England is converting his Elise to an EV. Darn pretty car for a conversion...why not buy a kit if you're going to do that!

Since you can't buy a Tesla Roadster in the UK, perhaps the next best thing for now.

Sometimes I look at my RangerEV and MR2 and think "what if"...

I'd try to find an old Esprit S1 to convert. A white one. Like James Bond drove. Except it wouldn't be a submarine or have surface-to-air missiles. . . But being electric is the next best thing, I reckon.
