Disable pop-up on 2fa page

Can you disable the login prompt pop-up on the 2fa login page? After 30 days, I get redirected to enter my second factor login info, but while I'm looking it up (only a few seconds), I get a pop-up box that wants me to log in/sign up. It is the same box that a non-logged in user visiting will get. I'm half way logged in, so I don't need that box, and it has to be closed to enter my 2fa info.
