AFAIK, yes; in North America, all Teslas come with the Tesla Mobile Connector with a NEMA 5-15 (120v, 12A) cord/wall plug. You can buy NEMA cords to plug into other types of outlets, too, up to 50A (like NEMA 14-50), although the Mobile Connector can deliver a maximum of 32A. All Teslas also all come with a J1772 adapter, which you can use to charge at most public Level 2 stations or with third-party EVSEs.

The SR+ is use once and discard. It can't be charged at all
