Driver dashboard rattle

Just took delivery of a new MSLR a few weeks ago. Car was silent for first couple weeks, now I have an intermittent rattle in the driver dashboard area.

The rattle sounds like it is coming from an area of the dashboard to the front and just to the left of the steering wheel where the 'mesh' portion of the dashboard is.

What is under the mesh? Are there speakers up there? Just wondering what could possibly be causing a rattle in that area.

I had a similar rattle that I thought was inside but it turned out that the trim in the frunk (by the windshield on drivers side) was a little loose (the white plastic bolt). Pressing that in helped and I don’t notice it now.

Other than that, I am not sure. I never messed with/tweaked inside on the dash so I’m afraid I’m not help there.
