Electrified garage replaced my MCU and upgraded my memory for $2,500 last year. Right after Tesla said they will fix under warranty. Sucksss.

Last summer Tesla told me that my 2013 Model S didnt qualify for an MCU2 upgrade. Also i was waiting on waitlist for 3 months for refurbished MCU1's....My MCU1 was getting slower and slower...Had to make a move...

Update on my service visit. Turns out the MCU1 failed and I had them upgrade to the MCU2. All the issues are solved with the upgrade but the timing with the eMMC replacement is interesting and I wonder if the daughter board replacement is causing failing MCU1 units to have more issues.
