EQ Settings After Update

Anyone have any preferred eq settings they use. I’ve been messing around with mine ever since the update. I’ve tried flat but didn’t seem to have that kick I wanted. I finally settled on these for now and I think it sounds pretty good or close to what I like.

I tested mainly with groups like TOOL, Daft Punk, Kanye West, Smashing Pumpkins, Post Malone and classic rock.

I used to have a car with a 9 band graphic equalizer. At the time I knew a sound engineer who optimized it's settings for me. The extreme high and low ends were boosted considerably, the mid-range (the center slider) was also boosted a little bit. All the other sliders were kept level. Of course, we don't have 9 band equalizers in our Tesla's, but I've set mine in a similar way and am quite happy with it. Of course your own ears and the music you listen to Amy dictate different settings.

Maintain that relationship but move them all down a little. They should average around the center for best performance.

This is like asking someone to salt and pepper your food. The end result is up to your own tastes and preferences.

2021 SR+ I find this works best since I don't have a sub. Bass is very sharp and punchy but obviously lacking but vocals and music have great separation. I find nothing to be muddy or drowned out.
