Experience on Tesla service center in Helsinki

Hi! Any experience on Tesla service and maintenance in Helsinki? How easy is it to get service and what are the turnaround times? I am not a Tesla owner yet and much appreciate your expert opinions when considering different options!

The have quite reasonable queues now after they started working on two shifts.. they are open 7-22 and I think also on Saturdays.

From reading the Finnish club on Facebook, expect that 2-3 weeks for any reply. And ages for parts.

Well, the Facebook group isn't very useful. Much rather spend my time here..

I don't know what "2-3 weeks for any reply" means even. If you book the service from the app, you know instantly when your service is scheduled and there isn't really any need for reply? Just bring your car at that time.

Also when you make a service appointment in the app, they SMS you the confirmation. Many might not know this, but you can actually reply to that SMS and they will reply usually within a few hours.

I wouldn't be surprised if it depends on the customer, though.
