Hey all. Does anyone know if Tesla Finance allows you to extend the loan term? I'm currently on a 48 month term and looking to bring the monthly payment down just a tad.
Just to answer my own question. I called and asked and they responded it's not possible to change the loan term or really do anything else to change the monthly payment amount. Early repayments instead reduce the length of the loan but the amount per month stays the same.
Depending on how much you have left to pay, you may be able to borrow the settlement figure on a personal loan at a lower rate. Those tend to cap out at about 25k.
