Charged yesterday at Harrisonburg VA. Charger is marked CLOSED on the NAV map, but is actually working. As of yet, my credit card has not been charged and the session does not appear in the app as my last charge. So looks like free so far.

Update. Good news and bad. Bad news is the charge amount came up on the screen today. Good news is that the chargers work. Not sure why Tesla has them as closed on the nav map.
You folks in Arizona should carry electron bucket, what with the lack of charging options there.
