Front Grille and Splitter

Two questions for you all. First, can we remove the front grille? And second, what are some reputable online shops where I can find a carbon fiber splitter?

1. Yes you can. It's held by many flaps. I think 5 on the top and 5 on the bottom of the grille. It's really difficult to get to it without taking the bumper off.

2. Adro, TSportline, Unplugged Performance, and RPM Performance keep popping up on YouTube over and over. They are very reputable online stores. However, I tend to get the similar CF styles from elsewhere. They are just good as original.
