Front lip fit question: Are 2019 and 2020 M3 front ends different?

So I have a 2020 M3 and I found the perfect front lip spoiler that I want to buy but the rep says it won’t fit because they’re only compatible for 2016-2019 models. Does anyone know if there is any changes in the lower bumper in which the front lip won’t fit my 2020. I was under the impression that all M3’s have the same exact body as far as measurements and angles.
