They are Tesla Performance Wheels in 19” With Continental Pro Contact Tires. Includes factory TPMS- comes as pictured.

In great condition lots of tread left - one wheel has a slight scuff - pictured.

Will ship to lower 48, or pickup in Nashville.

I think the name is confusing, they are the 19’’ Sport Wheels. The Model 3 Performance has only 18 or 20"

The non PUP Performance 3s could be bought with 19s too. When I bought mine (July ‘19) I had a choice between 18s and 19s (both were in inventory at my local SC).
