I have a set of non-staggered, silver 21" arachnids from referral bonus. They are being delivered to the Costa Mesa, CA service center. Will deliver to anywhere in OC, or buyer pays shipping elsewhere (unless I can reroute them to another service center).

245/35ZR21 96Y XL (FRONT) (Overall Diameter: 27.8")
265/35ZR21 101Y XL (REAR) (Overall Diameter: 28.3")

Yes, Tire Pressure Monitor System and caps are included! Its basically the entire referral package.
