I bought a set of 19" for my 2013 Model S. I reused the Gen 1 TPMS from my 21" so these are for sale.
They are Tesla OEM sensors.
$200 for all 4 shipped within the US.

According to previous owner they all work, I haven't tested them on my car obviously.
They come from a 2016 model S with 21000 miles.

I don't think they are $25 a piece at service center, more like $100 from what I read. At this price you might be talking about gen1 sensors.
