You shouldn't advertise the set of wheels as new if they are used. If they are used them (which they are), list them as used.

Perhaps my reading of it is incorrect, but I think he states they're "like new," as distinguished from "new." Am I splitting the hair even further?

Sorry for the confusion folks - they are not new. They were on my MS for a few weeks and have less than 500 miles on them. No scratches, dings, etc. I thought I chose the correct option in eBay ("new - other"). Here are a few more pics.
