How are these to install? It looks pretty annoying with messing with the lugnuts, etc?

I've never actually used them, so I don't personally know. With studies snow tires I only kept them so I would be allowed up certain mountain roads round here. This video (admittedly from the manufacturer themselves) makes it look relatively straightforward

and there are also a bunch of videos on YouTube with folks giving them favorable reviews. YMMV.
