Complete set of four wheels and Michelin X-Ice winter snow tires including Aero covers for Model 3. $1,400. Used only four months winter 2019-2020. Great set of winter tires for driving in the snow.

Two wheels have curb rash. Sold my Model 3 (upgrading to Y) and buyer didn't need dedicated set of snow tires.

Why not keep them for winter on your Model Y? That's what I plan to do with mine as you should a little get better range and traction with the narrower 18's.

They fit and this thread had load limit calculations in it, to show that there would be no issues.
