Set of 4 tires--Michelin Primacy MXM4 All Seasons. These are the same OEM tires that come with 2018 Model 3 LR AWD, 18" Aero rims (this is for the tires only; rims & TPMS sensors are not included).
These tires were driven for about 1500 miles over the span of about 2 months, then I replaced them with snow tires, and kept these indoors in a climate-controlled storage unit...so they have a ton of tread left, and they are in very good condition.
