I have it, and while its fraught with issues, it is quite usable on the highway, for its enhanced autopilot capabilities. It is quite a stress reliever on road trips. Mine is a 2018, Smart summon and auto park don't work. I don't know how 2020 capabilities might differ. Without those missing features, its questionable whether it is worth $15,000. For $3000, why not. Tesla is currently offering a pull though on FSD so you can keep the software if you buy a new car. Who knows, they may do it again in the future, giving you added value for the small investment today. Plus there is always the possibility a law suit will force Tesla to rebate some / all the original cost of the package if they fail to deliver.
