Gen 1 NEMA 6-50 Adapter Recall Replacement Part #?

I know Tesla recalled the Gen 1 NEMA 6-50 Adapter (Part #: 1016021-00-B), but I can't find a single reference as to what the replacement part number is. I've read several posts where people have received their replacement adapters from Tesla, but not so much as a picture or anything like that. If anybody has a replacement adapter they would be willing to grab and post a picture or part number, I would . be greatly appreciative. Thank you in advance!

It was years ago. If you just got it recently, it should be the new part already. I got my 6-50 over a year ago they already had the new version out then:

So as far I as I can tell, the LATEST part numbers for the recalled adapters are:

• Gen 1 NEMA 14-30 Adapter: 1018243-10-D

• Gen 1 NEMA 10-30 Adapter: 1016174-10-C

• Gen 1 NEMA 6-50 Adapter: 1016021-10-C


...and the latest part numbers for the ones that are considered "NOT AFFECTED" are:

• Gen 1 NEMA 6-15 Adapter: 1056647-00-A (I'm not positive about this one since it's not available anymore)

• Gen 1 NEMA 5-15 Adapter: 1014355-10-B

• Gen 1 NEMA 5-20 Adapter: 1016258-00-B

• Gen 1 NEMA 14-50 Adapter: 1014324-10-E


I think that should cover all of the adapters. Let me know if you guys see something I missed. Thanks!
