So I sent Michael at the Tysons SC an email that my drivers door handle was playing up (would extend and not open intermittently), he responded in mins. and hooked me up with Brian who arranged for me in for an 11/7 loaner drop off.
Monday I received a call from the Rockville SC (who were assisting Tyson's with service and scheduling) that a mobile unit could take care of the replacement near my house today (Which is only 1 mile away from Tysons SC) .
Today comes, Patrick arrives on time and 40 mins later he was on his way and a new door handle was installed. Couldn't have been easier or better service..
