Had to reset my TEG

System is about 2.5 years in age right now, been on for 1.5 years.

Last evening at 10:30pm I noticed the gateway wan’t reporting anything. It was showing 0KW across the board. App said it had no data to display. Also, I couldn’t connect directly to the TEG via IP.

The logs show it stopped at noon. Energy in and out was flat after that.

Went down to check. TEG is making a repeating chiming sound and the 2 powerwalls are blinking green.

I toggled the switches on the power walls and hit the reset button on the TEG. A few minutes later it was all back on normally.

As of right now it’s all doing it’s thing, normally.

I don’t think it updated it’s firmware. It’s still on 21.35.0

I have submitted a trouble ticket to our installer.

Did the Neurio just freeze up? Should I be concerned?
