Hidden lights on passenger c pillar?

I just noticed some odd, faint lights hidden underneath the headliner on the passenger side c pillar. They flicker slightly. I can't find any answers as to what they are. Does anyone know what these are or what they're for?

The radio module is located behind this panel.
