Houston or Austin

In August we traded a ‘20 M3 for a ‘20 MX. The 3 never had any issues but the X has been in twice. I live roughly half way between the Houston and Austin service centers. I’ve only used the one in Houston and haven’t been too impressed. If anyone has had dealings at both I’d like to know if the one in Austin is any better. Also, does the new manufacturing facility in Austin have a service center? Thanks

I have have pretty good experiences at the Research Blvd location. There are two here now, the other is on St. Elmo Drive.

My experience at Research is not the best. It’s like they are scared of in person interaction and will only talk via text. It took me almost an hour to buy air filters that I wanted to replace myself between workers telling me you can’t buy it or I’m not in service.
