How do you keep the stock seats clean?

I've never had "cloth" seats in a car. I always upgraded to the leather, until my new Model S. I felt both seats and actually liked the "cloth" better. Let's NOT turn this into a discussion on what type of seat is better...

I am looking for a recommendation on a process or cleaning product that will keep the seats nice and clean and smell-free. Let me know based on your experience!

While I don't have a suggestion for the cloth, for my tan leather seats, I sit on a Target tan jersey pillowcase. No transfer of blue jean color. If an occasional stain on the leather needs removal, a slightly damp Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works so well it's scary. Only use if necessary.
