Asked the Tesla SMS system how to cancel the Roadster and was told it could be done "In your Tesla account" which I'm pretty sure is as contrived as thinking the Roadster will arrive before 2028. I don't think 1% of management knows what is going on at Tesla and that starts at the top.

I picked up my M3P today. Tech asked if this was my first Tesla. Said no I have a couple of others and a roadster on order. They asked why I didn’t have my roadster yet…. I think it was news there’s a 2020 (or something) model version that can/could be ordered and has yet to ship.
