I recently got the "Reduced Power Steering Assist" message and no power assist at all. Picked the car up today at Tesla Kennesaw, GA ($2,600.00) and X-Care came through just as advertised. I followed their simple rules, handed the phone to the X-Care rep who gave them a credit card number for all but the $100.00 deductible. Smooth and earsy. They're even covering my 9 dat car rental. Couldn't be more satisfied!
