I am finding it difficult to upload my Tesla log file also, any help will be appreciated.

Your post does not offer much information. If you are in New Delhi, India, I don't see how you can own a Tesla.

First, the for sale section is not a technical section to post issues.

Secondly, saying something vague like I can't do something like upload data, is like calling into a doctor's office voicemail and saying I have a cough... What do I have Doc, please help me. Then you hang up leaving your voicemail number. It doesn't help you and surely doesn't help those trying to help other than to waste their time. Also those in the future who may use your thread become confused, and that surely doesn't help anyone.

Please take time to give broad details about any issue if you seriously are looking for a resolution.
