Is the 2020 M3P lower than the 21-23 M3P?

I can't seem to find this answer anywhere, so forgive me if it has been discussed, but it seems by the pictures/videos I have seen it looks like the 2020 is lower than the 2021 -23

Is it lower? or is it just the wheels that make it look lower?

Per Tesla's original product descriptions, yes the 2018-2021(?) Performance should be lower.

However, I've owned the '20 and the '23, and they look the same height to me.
