I believe you have a couple of recalled adapters there. The 10-30 & 14-30 with the black back where pre-recall and the light gray backed 10-30 is one of the post-recalled adapters.

Thank you for the note. I did receive emails over the years and letters for adapters. Tesla never sent replacements though. If someone would like these still I’m sure the few that are pre can easily be exchanged. I personally have never had any faults with them.
