JVC Single Din Connectors/Wiring Harness

Hey Guys i wanted to replace the wiring that goes behind the crappy jvc single din model that comes with the 2010 2.0s. I noticed some of them had some tears. If i want to replace all of the wiring that goes behind the stereo do you guys have any part numbers for the antenna, wiring harness, gps antenna, receiver power line, etc. I'm guessing i can buy these from a Lotus dealer or maybe aftermarket?

The only thing the stereo can do is open the cd cartridge, sound and picture do not work at all. I checked the fuse and it was ok.

I got this off ebay because I wanted to add a backup cam to my radio and the original harness didn't have the video lines for some reason

I think I might just replace the unit with something basic, aftermarket, and easy to replace. Any recommendations, I heard any jvc or kenwood single din will install easily?
