It is just a shame that Tesla is not trying to do all it should to apply for that SGIP as it doesn't come out of their pocket, I don't think it does.

The limitation was imposed by the State of California based on a max number of grants per installer. I am not sure what Tesla could do. Tesla still sells plenty of Powerwalls.

I know there is a limit for each batch of funds from the state but I get the feeling from my coordinator that the whole process is too difficult at his end and get the feeling he or they are about to give up on it.

I qualify for the new Equity and Resilience program that starts this month and it will pay for my 2 Powerwalls even at the qualified installer price.

Great deal. Sonoma Clean Power is proposing to loan the rebate to customers so they or their vendors won't have to wait. SCP takes an assignment and gets repaid from the final disbursement. I just checked the map and I am just outside the boundaries.

It is on the agenda for approval. It should be approved at the next board meeting early next month.

Is there anyway to keep my E6 NEM1 schedule when installing 2 Powerwalls in PG&E territory.

Yes, you can remain on NEM1 if just adding a couple PWs. Just be sure to have your installer use the correct PTO form.

My installer initially used the NEM2 form but we got it corrected to NEM1. DM if you need the form #
