Unless track focussed non standard pads are fitted this really shouldn’t be an issue. Road car brakes are designed to operate from cold.

It's not an "issue", but I've always noticed brake performance is better when warm, including on the 3.

My M3P brakes sucked for a while after I collected her in December. I noticed the discs had some unusual wear. As if only about 50% of the pad was actually being used. All seems to have sorted itself out now. Brakes feel perfectly fine now. Maybe I've just habituated! Who knows!

Noticed same on test drives, one of the cars brakes (LR) were shocking, almost put me off the car!
