Lessons learned from getting a Model 3 pulled out of a snow bank

Some lessons learned from dropping two wheels off the edge of the road and into a soft snow-bank. Some things to think about in the Canadian winter;
- If you call Tesla road-side assistance they can dispatch a towing company that knows how to deal with a Tesla. Costs about $125 (your prices may vary).
- If you try to call Roadside Assistance from the car's screen, you have to press down on the brake pedal to confirm that you want to make the call. The text about the brake pedal is in light grey and easy to miss.
- If you call most towing companies they will say they don't know how to handle a Tesla. But if you tell them you just need someone with a winch they can help.
- If you ever need to install the tow hook, have a small screwdriver handy.
- The tow hook is left-hand thread. It turns the opposite direction to what you'd expect.
- There is no place on the back of the car to install the tow-hook. If you need to get pulled out backwards you need to find another option.

Hopefully no one else needs this information.
