Lockdown + xmas break = cool gadgets

Hey there! My first post. So I had a bit of spare time during the Xmas break and the lockdown here in the UK and decided to start playing around with my brand new M3LR and raspberry pi. This is a little dashboard I created. Based on Rasperry PI 3+ and Inky WHAT.

Very cool. How often is it pinging the car?

Currently it's polling my Teslamate (not the car directly to keep wake ups to a minimum) every 5 minutes.
Not real time for two reasons - eink display refreshes kind of slow, so it would look silly blinking constantly and also the main goal is just to have a reminder on the wall vs real time monitor. Trying to use it for a bit now and see what frequency would be needed in real world to be useful.
