I don't have a lot of experience using the chargers in Grand Bend. Looks like there are a couple L2 chargers at Green Dot and the Heritage Museum.

Depending on where you're coming from the Chademo L3 (50kw) charger at Masonville mall in London might be helpful - but it comes at a cost (I believe $20/hour).

Hit Up Plugshare but there a couple free public ones in Goderich, A good free one next to Crabby Jones in Exeter as well as pay option at tims. None that I have visited in Grand Bend.
