Loose connector under passenger seat (Model S 2015)

New member here with new-to-me model year 2015 Model S 70D AWD. Love the car BTW. My car has Gen 2 seats, and recently I noticed there is a loose connector under passenger seat (LHD car). It seems to be the same connector as driver side has for seat belt buckle, but passenger side only has one connector for that instead of two. I attach a picture. Any idea what is that connector and if it should be loose like that?

I should mention I also have airbag light on all the time, but service appointment is over a month away so don't know yet why and if that connector has nothing to do with it. Also car doesn't care if passenger is wearing a seatbelt or not, no chime even if not. Driver side is chiming as should.

Thank you in advance!
