Loose Grommet on Rear License Plate for 2021 Model 3

This is the second time my rear license plate grommet has become loose. Is anyone else experiencing these issues on their Model 3? Any suggestions on where to get replacements?

First time this happened, I lost my rear plate completely (likely after driving over some potholes) and had to get a brand new plate.

After doing some research, the OE anchors are weak and prone to stripping. I replaced mine with a set like this from the local auto parts store.

Yeah the original anchors are terrible. Do you know what these are called and what size? Hoping to grab a set like this locally.
