I heard a loud noise come from the Powerwall, I knew it was not expected, so I checked the app no powerwall showed 0%. It sounded like someone punching a car hood. It scared me a little, of course. Tesla tells me to reset the gateway (no luck) and power cycle (no chance). Tesla rep escalated the issue to Tier 2, and let's see how long it will take to send someone over. Does anyone have a similar experience? Thanks.
