Not sure if this means anything (it probably doesn't) but just got an email from the trade in specialist saying my delivery has been scheduled so they want to move forward with getting information on the car I am trading it.
Ordered just last weekend, so I am assuming it is just a template they send out, but worth noting. Still no vin.

Yeah, looking for 5YJ. If you just ordered two days ago, it might be a while before you see anything. Could be 5-7 weeks still for that config.

Keep in mind that if it's located > 500 miles away, you'll have to tack on an additional $2k to the price for delivery.

if i find something within 2 days drive -- - i'll fly to pick it up and enjoy 2 days on the road with my new car.
your luck must be rubbing off because I got a delivery date for next week auto-populate and I got the VIN now showing on my main account and not just the source code.

For those who take delivery in California around this time have you put in your insurance info before delivering? I am planning on getting tesla insurance but it seems like people who order after me with the same spec got their car delivery already, I am wondering it might be I never put in the insurance information and that's why they never assign a vin to me.
Just put your existing car insurance info.

Where do you enter the insurance? I have completed the Delivery Location, Registration, and Trade-in steps. I have not completed Payment Method since I will be using 3rd party financing.
