Mine was delivered yesterday. It went quite smoothly. They don't give you much warning, but, somehow, the timing worked out for us both. I've summited to them that I have received the car, and yes, now I have to wait for app activation. I have some significant paint chips on my hood and some other paint irregularities that should be solved by a good detailer. I will be asking for a new hood because of the chips, other than that it seems to be great. Already have 60 miles on and have been using autopilot.
