Mist from front grill while charging

Model S pulls cool air in from the front and pushes warm air out from the inner front wheel wells. It shouldn't be pushing anything out the front grill - if this keeps happening keep an eye on coolant levels. The radiators are in front and if they are leaking you could be seeing coolant "mist" coming out.

It is a chilly rainy day, so the humidity is high. If the car is ejecting air warmer than the outside (because it is cooling the battery as it is warmed by charging), the cool outside air cannot hold as much humidity as the warm air from the AC unit, so the moisture condenses. Also, if there is moisture from the rain on any of the metal surfaces of the AC unit, it may be getting evaporated by the warm equipment, and then condensing in the cooler air.
