I have 4 brand-new Model 3 19" wheels with the Continental tires (they still have stickers and have never been attached to a car). They make a great upgrade for Model 3 with the standard 18" wheels. Numerous videos/posts claim between .2-.3 second improvement in 0-60 and .06 improvement in skidpad from .86 to .92 g. I've heard this upgrade described as "waking up" your Model 3's handling/performance. You'll have to decide for yourself how this compares to the 20", which I have read are a bit harsh of a ride — the 19" seem to be a good compromise.
